Humble Monthly has a wild deal this week, just in time for the game’s next expansion
Since 2015, Humble Bundle has offered a monthly loot crate of sorts, full to the brim with around $100 worth of games. But it’s never had an offer quite like this. If you hand over $12 to sign up for June’s collection, you’ll receive a code for Destiny 2, among other offerings. The offer arrives just in time for anyone interested in the game’s next expansion, Warmind, which launches May 8.
Humble made a name for itself with its storefront, which offers collections of games at pay-what-you-want prices with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. Customers can always pay more than the average price to unlock bonus games.
Humble Monthly utilizes that same, deep collection of excellent titles drawn from independent studios and AAA developers alike. April’s Humble Monthly included Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mafia 3 and Laser League, among others, while May’s subscribers will get Dead Rising 4 and Kerbal Space Program.
If you’re a PC player on a budget, it’s hard to find a better deal.
Nearly every game is offered up as a digital code, archived at the Humble website under your account. Keeping with its charitable roots, 5 percent of each month’s proceeds support charity. Subscribers also get 10 percent off all other items in the Humble Store.
This is the first time that Destiny 2 has been included in the subscription. Humble Monthly will allow you to cancel your subscription at any time, but your account — and the keys you own — will always be there.
